Action Garage Door Services of Florida (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website or request service, and how we use it.

We only collect information you choose to provide, such as your name, phone number, email address, and service address when you call us, book an appointment, or submit a request. When you book online, your booking is processed through our scheduling provider, HouseCall Pro, under their terms and privacy practices.
Like most websites, we automatically collect standard technical data through cookies and similar technologies when you visit. This can include your browser type, device and operating system, general location derived from your IP address, the pages you view, how you arrived at our site, and the links you click. We use this both to understand how our site is used and to measure and deliver advertising, which is described in Advertising and Remarketing below.

How We Share Information

- HouseCall Pro, our scheduling and payment provider, which processes online bookings under its own terms and privacy practices

- YouTube, which serves the video embedded on one of our pages

Advertising and Remarketing
We advertise our garage door services online, primarily on Facebook and Instagram and through Google. To run those campaigns and understand whether they work, our site loads tracking technologies provided by those platforms through Google Tag Manager. These include:
- Google Analytics, which reports how visitors find and move through our site
- Google Ads tags, which measure conversions and allow us to show ads to people who have already visited our site
- The Meta pixel, which measures the results of our Facebook and Instagram advertising and allows us to reach previous visitors with our ads

We do not currently display a cookie consent banner. These technologies load on every visit, subject to the browser and platform controls described below.

Children’s Privacy
Our services are directed to homeowners and property managers. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
